I've been a customer of All Pro Auto Repair for 3 years now. I came to Jacksonville to go to school and had no idea what I was going to do once I started having issues with my car. I was on a student budget and was nervous about getting taken advantage of. Jamie has always, always, always taken care of me. Everyone at All Pro is incredibly patient, helpful, and sincere. I've never understood much about cars but Jamie and her mechanics have always explained things thoroughly to me to make sure I understood what needed to be done to my car and why. I'm truly going to miss these wonderful people when I leave and recommend All Pro for any car issues. The work, customer service, and wonderful people are great to work with. Thank you for the three years of service! You guys always went above and beyond and I'm sincerely appreciative of it all! -Minnellis Mercado

I was referred there by a friend and I cant quit thanking them for that. everyone there was really nice and very professional. They accessed the problem with my truck and finished work when promised. And being that I am a woman I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or did they speak to me in lingo I didn't understand about the problem with my truck. this is the only place I will be bring my vehicle when there is a problem. Thanks for the amazing job you all did on my truck!!!

Integrity! That's what I found All-Pro and it's owner Jamie Thompson to have. She was very up-front and honest with me pertaining to the cost of a repair I needed to have done, what she said the cost would be, it was. I was also impressed that she offered to shuttle me to the other side of town, and then pick me up when I was finished working! When it comes to taking care of my vehicles, I will only go where I have been treated fairly and courteous, and that's what All-Pro has done. Thank you, Jamie!!

From now on, I will only take my vehicles to All-Pro. I was referred here by a friend and received nothing but excellent service from the start. I never felt as if I was being cheated or forced to buy something that I didn't necessarily need. Jamie even researched all the past history on my car for me; meaning she looked up the maintenance requirements on my car and crossed it with the past receipts I had from other shops. She then gave me a list in order of importance for when my next maintenance services were needed. Nothing was ever hidden and she was very upfront and respectful the entire time. I was even able to swing by the shop with a car I was interested in buying that they checked out for me before I spent all the money in buying. I 100% love All-Pro and would recommend anyone and everyone to take their cars there for anything from an oil change to transmission oil flushes and more.

Car repairs are no fun! Period. End of story. That's why I am so happy to have found All Pro Automotive. An eager and educational office staff coupled with skilled mechanics has kept my car running well beyond its years without breaking the bank. I was impressed with the up-front quotes, no hidden fees, and the excellent quality of the work that All Pro Automotive stands by. By keeping a working history of the work done on my car, I also receive all the benefits of warranties extended to replaced parts. Though this has only happened once, it was 11 months into the 12 month warranty on a replacement part and All Pro happily notified me of this and I was back on the road again in no time. I cannot recommend them enough!

Honest, Trusted and Reliable! I had to replace an entire engine in my 2003 Nissan Altima and All Pro offered a great price for the service! They have fast serve and I had my car back in 3 days! I will refer them to everyone and I will not use anyone else.

I have and I will always call Jamie and all the folks at AllPro for all my car repair needs. They have always treated us with respect and honesty. I just had some repairs done. Jamie told me worst case would run us about $1500 when she called to tell me it was all done. The final bill was $477. Now if that is not honest then I dont know what it. If you haven't tried them then you need too. Thanks again AllPro. I love you all but I hope not to see you anytime soon :) Tanya

Jamie is very honest. My car's original bumper to bumper warranty was expired, but little did I know there was an 8 year/80000 mile emissions warranty that covered my repair. The dealer fixed it for free and Jame saved me over $500. She has my business from now on and I recommend you give her a chance too!
